Orders, Payments & Shipping
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Boutique. Prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. We accept payments via secure gateways including credit/debit cards and local e-wallets. Shipping times vary by destination and product type; estimated delivery windows are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. Boutique is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier errors.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our support team via Contact Us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require additional shipping fees.
